  • Are your socks sized for adults? Hoodies? T-Shirts
    We need an answer for this.
  • Are your socks unisex?
    Ha! We’re really happy to say, Yes! All of our clothing, actually, is designed to be unisex
  • Do you guys offer a WARRANTY?
    The short answer…..No. BUT, we stand by our craftsmanship and want to make sure you have high-quality merch. We personally check and hand-package each item before we mail it out to you, but hey….(while we don’t expect it) we might miss something. So if you receive any items from us that appear to be defective, please take a picture of the item (note: normal wear and tear, exposure to harmful chemicals, or anything done to damage the item does not qualify) and send it to us within the first 14 days of purchase. We’ll be sure to help you with a return, refund or an exchange.
  • Do you guys do custom orders?
    That depends, who’s asking? We do not do custom pieces at this time, but we do have a heart for awesome causes and academics and will on special occasions partner with organizations to create custom, impactful pieces. Not an organization? We really want to put designs out there that you all go crazy for. Is there something you’re looking for that you don’t see in our store? Follow us on Instagram and tell us what you think would be tuff by using the hashtag #TuffDesign (For Example: Ballet #TuffDesign)
  • Do you restock designs?
    We will sometimes feature popular styles in our “Bring Back Collections”. We will always announce these limited collections first to our email list and then on Instagram.
  • What if something is wrong with my order?
    Please contact us right away so we can fix it for you!
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We do! Free shipping is available for orders over $50.00.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet. But we really don’t like having to say “Not Yet” we’re working on bringing our neighboring friends and friends across the water that option as soon as we can.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    We can pretty much guarantee that your order is on the way! With processing and shipping, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days.
  • What is your return policy?
    You can return items within 30 days of your purchase date in order to receive a full refund. In order to be processed, all of the following must be true: All items must be unworn (and also free from perfumes, scents, scuffs or stains). All tags must still be intact and attached to merchandise. All items must include the original packing slip. Note: Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
  • How do I return an item?
    Not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund (not including shipping costs). Go HERE to fill out a return form. Please repackage your unworn items with original tags and include the original packing slips. Ship your package to: ___________________________________
  • How long before I get my refund?
    We process refunds within 7 days from the time the package gets back to us. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Do you offer free shipping on returns?
    At this time we are not able to offer free shipping or shipping labels on returns.
  • Am I able to do an exchange?
    We do not do exchanges. The BEST way to exchange an item and get the one you REALLY want is to return your unwanted merchandise, and make a new purchase on the item you’ve been eyeing.
  • Can I carry 2 Sport Athlete products in my store?
